You then get instant access to your information from any PC - safe in the knowledge your information is secure; the system offers powerful administration features, so you control who has access to your information. And don't worry if one month you do not use your allocation - you can carry it over to the next one.

This is also an ideal service if you have a large backlog of documents that you want scanned but have a tightly controlled budget - the archive is converted over a period of time and you are billed smaller amounts on a regular basis.
