Lightspeed Business Solutions was formed in 1999 by its current directors who collectively can claim over 45 years experience in the document management industry.

This gives us a wealth of experience within the document management industry. More than that, we are a company who listen to our customers and know the importance of providing continual quality and reliability - which ensures retaining customer confidence. Our customers have the security that they can tap into a wealth of knowledge and expertise to make sure they receive the correct solution.

We operate from two locations: Woodley in Reading and at Northampton as East Midlands Micro Imaging, who we acquired in 2007. EMM operated under the same ethos as lightspeed and bring even more experience to us, especially in the field of Microfilm. You can visit their website here.

We know the importance of your data and refuse to compromise on our service - all our scanning is carried out by us, here in the UK. Not only is this more secure but it means if you need to retrieve anything you have sent us you don't have to wait for a ship to dock somewhere thousands of miles away to get it back.

If you have sent us paperwork for scanning and you need it back, we can return the original to you with 24 hours or give you a copy via email, fax or FTP within an hour (subject to SLA). Can your current supplier give you the same guarantee?

We pride ourselves on being pro-active - always looking at the work we do with a view to improving the service we give - and will always work with you to ensure that our service is best for you.
